Being now

It is the strangest phenomenon being in the moment, unencumbered but by concepts.

it happens by letting go, however letting go is quite frightening to the normal way of being.

letting go of things you once loved, letting go of thinking the people you grew up with truly care for you. in saying that I mean, most of us hold onto painful relationships because we are comfortable with that relationship.

having to let go of things that no longer serve you, and it hurts its heart-wrenching.

however, on the other side of that, there is magical freedom, a higher realm of understanding, a place where your heart can really soar with love.

today I have realized that it is okay to speak your truth no matter how much it may hurt others, people love to always tell you how wrong you are or how you want to live is the wrong decision. it takes a lot of courage to be yourself but always choose you.

I am always going to choose love, freedom, unity, and creativity.
